We encourage our students to further their education by offering dual-credit courses. Get a head start by enrolling in our courses today.

Southwest Community College Courses

Dear Parents and Students,

This is Principal Ben Ruiz with a brief announcement.

This winter semester NDCS is very excited to be offering three Southwest Community College courses. The courses are being offered to all students, in- person and distance learning students. All classes are offered online due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

8th Graders
Course: College Survival Skills Development, One Unit
Date and Time: Wednesday and Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:35 p.m.

10th Graders
Course: Comm 101 - Comm 101 - Public Speaking (UC/CSU) - Three Units
Date and Time: Tuesday and Thursday from 8:25 to 10:00 a.m. 

11th and 12th Graders
Course: Human 1 - Cultural Patterns Of Western Civilization - Three Units
Date and Time: Monday and Thursday from 10:00 to 11:25 a.m.

Parents, please note that the registration process is three steps and students will need your support. 

  • Step 1: Students will need to open a California Community College (CCC) account which allows you to access CCC and secure web applications. 
  • Step 2 Apply to community college and get a student ID (900 number).
  • Step 3: Completing the dynamic form application.
